Publication - Journals

Please note: 
Only original and unpublished manuscript will be considered to be included in the conference proceedings. Only full papers (completed research papers) in conference would be published in the affiliated journals. 

 Journal publication:

    After conference, all accepted full papers (completed research papers) in conference would be published in one of the following journals. Before publishing, authors have to revise their manuscript according to review comments. Work-in-progress paper / Extend abstracts / Research proposals would be published in the conference proceedings.  
 

Base on manuscript's quality and topic, the organizing committee would assign/suggest the appropriate journal to publish the accepted manuscripts (complete research papers). 
Authors of accepted papers have the option of publishing or not publishing their papers in the journal assigned by conference committee. If authors choose not to publish their articles in journal, their papers would appear in proceedings (CD-ROM) only.

Page length limitation: 

All accepted full papers (completed research papers) would be invited to publish as research notes (4 pages) in the assigned journal. Please be detailed but concise in the research note. It should include brief literature review, research methodology, major research results (with tables/figures), and conclusion/discussion). 

Selected competitive papers (about 20-25 percent of accepted articles) would be invited to publish as full length (up to 15 pages) papers. 

Extra pages: 

Authors need to pay the extra page charge if their manuscript is longer than the assigned page quota (4 pages for research notes; 15 pages for full length papers). If authors need more page quota, the extra page fee is US$35 per page. The page charge waive is a privilege for registered conference participants only. 

If authors do not pay the conference registration fee, their papers will not appear in neither the journals nor Conference proceedings (CD-ROM or USB disk).

There is no page length limitation for conference proceedings (CD-ROM or  USB disk).

Review and Revision: 

Before publishing in the journals, authors should revise manuscript according to review comments.  All paper should meet the minimum quality standard for the journals.  Manuscript cannot be published if it does not meet the quality standard.

Authors of accepted papers have the option of publishing or not publishing their papers in the journal assigned by conference committee. If authors choose not to publish their articles in journal, their papers would appear in proceedings (CD-ROM) only.


Registration policy: 

1. All individuals, including program presenters, session chairs, organizing committee members, attending the conference must pay a registration fee. 
2. No matter the paper is single authored or multi-authored, if you would like to have the paper published in the proceedings as well as in the journal, you need to pay registration fee US$450 for each paper before early bird deadline or US$500 after early bird deadline.
3. If authors have two papers, they need to pay two registration fees (US$450*2=US$900 before early bird deadline).
4. Non-author registration fee is US$200. In case more than one author would like to participate in the conference, each participant needs to make registration and pays the non-author registration fee separately. (US$200 per person)

    Every registered participant will get one set of conference package, which covers admission to all conference sessions, lunch, coffee breaks, a copy of conference proceedings in CD-ROM or USB disk, and complementary copy of journal.
